RETURNS DURING CHRISTMAS

We understand that during the Christmas period it may be difficult to keep to the 14 days returns policy. Therefore, please note that return of every purchase bought on www.guidelondon.co.uk between 20th November 2024 – 23rd December 2024 will be accepted for refund or exchange until 15th January 2024 as long as the goods are returned and arrive to us in their original condition.

Our office is closed for Christmas from 24th December 2024 – 2nd January 2024, so no returns can be received or processed during this period. Therefore, please send your returns to us after the 2nd January to prevent potential loss of any parcels. For any urgent enquiries you can email us on online@guideclothing.co.uk

DELIVERIES DURING CHRISTMAS (This applies to domestic orders only, overseas may take longer)

• All orders place before 12pm on the 23rd December should be delivered on the 24th December, but can’t be guaranteed.
• All orders placed after this will be delivered from the 3rd of January
